Imagine... the disabled, the elderly, families...all able
to watch the goings-on at city hall from the comfort and safety of
their own homes. Parents could tape the meetings to share and
discuss with their children, and teachers could tape the government
meetings to show in class. Voters who work during the hours of
council meetings could tape the proceedings to view when they have
time. So what happened to the idea?
